Today was not just an ordinary day at church…today Kiki got baptized!! We were sitting front and center so I was able to snap a shot with the camera on my phone. Unfortunately, my real camera was in my diaper bag in the toddler room! OOPS! Frosty got some good pics and I am sure Auntie N will post those at some point! Congratulations Kiks! We are soo excited for you!

Baptism is such a wonderful thing! I love hearing about adults and older kids getting baptized… it reaffirms for me their conscious decision to do it and to understand it (hopefully) better than perhaps a small child. My son is almost eleven and is asking to be baptized. I was fourteen when I went thru the process. And, I love how when we’re at church and someone else gets baptized, we all get to renew our covenants as well!
