Ingredients
1{14oz} can diced tomatoes
1{10oz} can original Rotel
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ jalapeno, seeded or not depending on how spicy you like it
¼ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
1 tsp honey
juice of lime
Instructions
In a food processor combine a can of diced tomatoes, a can of Rotel {seasoned diced tomatoes and green chillies}, ¼ cup of onion, ½ of a jalapeno, minced garlic, lime juice, honey, salt, and ground cumin. Pulse for 30 seconds.
