Creamy Chicken Florentine

A very simple pasta recipe that taste gourmet!
  • 1 container (10 oz) Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in to cubes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup green pepper strips
  • 1 pkg (6 oz) baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 3 cups penne pasta
  1. Boil water and cook your penne pasta. Heat your oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook the cubed chicken and peppers until chicken is done. Add in Philadelphia Cooking Creme and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in spinach and drained pasta and continue to cook on medium to low heat for 5 minutes.
