I have not yet completed Bent’s room. I still have LOTS of wall space to play with, but so far….here is what we’ve got!
Remember: it’s a work in progress.
The walls are a navy with a lighter blue accent wall. It kind of looks black in the pictures, but don’t worry…I’m not going gothic.
He actually has all hand-me-down stuff from his older brother (minus the letters on the wall – obviously). And I need a new bed skirt, but I can’t find one I love. Yes, I need to love it.
One of my favorite parts of his room is the alphabet wall decal. I ordered it on etsy!
You can’t really see the canvas print in this picture, but it is squares with the alphabet and animals. I found it at Target and thought it fit his alphabet theme!

I can’t believe my little Bents is THREE months old.
Now I guess I need to actually start utilizing this room I just showed you. So far…he is still in the bassinet right by our bed.
My goal was to transition him at three months, but…
…I’m just not ready. And did I mention I’m not ready to be back at work? I never thought I would say that.
Just like anything, it’s an adjustment that I will eventually get use to. Until then…I will continue to complain about it.
