We have arrived safely at our vacation destination. It was a LONG trip in the mini. It took us 15 hours {as I imagined it would with 3 kids}. Everything went well minus our emergency poopy stop and the last hour of screaming by SJ.
Thankfully we have our babysitter with us. Did I mention that she is awesome?
I am worried she may never want to babysit again after spending a week straight with the Rose’s. EEEEK!
So far we have settled in to the condo, hit up the ocean, built some sandcastles, went swimming in the pool and only had one child try to drop his pants on the beach and pee in the sand {thank you very much Bents}.
I think he scared a 75 year old woman off the beach with his indecent exposure. And I am sure it won’t be the last woman he scares off the beach.
We are also thankful that we have someone who is taking care of our home while we are away! I’ve been told there was a yucky storm there last night and sure am glad I missed it!
Lots of things planned for the week ahead: bike riding, more sandcastle parties, ocean time, shopping and meeting the lovely Becky {better know as From Mrs to Mama}, who just happens to be vacationing at the same destination as us!
I also wanted to remind you that Wednesday is Stop & Smell the Roses!! Hopefully I will have time to shoot a quick vlog on the beach! AHHHH!
