Hubby and I attended an “80′s” themed party. 
Let’s just say…I didn’t have to go far to find my attire…ahem…my mother’s closet. See those leg warmers…straight from the 1980′s when my ma use to wear them to her aerobics class. 
J, on the other hand, didn’t have any tube socks on hand…so we had to buy a pack of 9…just to get ONE! If anyone needs to borrow any tube socks…let us know. We have a large supply at this point.
He also purchased some $8 “old man” shorts in size Medium to pull off the “too tight” look.
Herman, one of the personal trainers at our gym, hosted the party. I think these two could have been HOT STUFF in 1980….don’t you?
Gotta love a party with a theme! Way better blog material than a party without a theme, heh! I only wish I could have snapped more pics of some of the other (more extreme) 80′s costumes. Ours were mild.

Oh my gosh, how fun! And I love that your mom still had the leg warmers. My mom recently cleaned out her closets and got rid of a lot of that (well, I did keep a few *key* dresses to remember that decade) but sadly, the leg warmers went to Goodwill.
