Our weekend road trip was just want I needed. It was so nice to get away from the mess we have here at home.
I was hoping I would come home today and we would drive up and all of this…..
….would be cleaned up.
No such luck. Well, except the trees have all been chopped up and are now laying in our front yard until the city decides they are going to come pick them up.
I won’t hold my breath on that. If I had to guess I would say it could be months before they come.
It’s back to reality. Hopefully this week we will get our house looking more like OUR house. Won’t that be nice?
If it weren’t for these two hot fellas….
…I might be going insane right now.
But, really, how can I hate my life when I have the two greatest men in the world by my side?
And it doesn’t help that they are super adorable together.
I’ll take a storm beating up my house any day as long as God allows me to keep these two lovely gentlemen forever!

I hope the clean up comes together quickly and normalcy returns to your household! You sound so much more nice and calm about it that I probably would. Kudos to you! : )
