My son had the same exact space. Not to worry…it will move a little closer together as more teeth move in, plus keep in mind that space will also leave lots of room for the bigger teeth when they start coming in. I always cringe when I see little kids with baby teeth that are crunched together.
My son is now 10 and just got braces in October. His space is already closed up and everything is looking great! He’s very proud of his braces. I think it makes him feel more mature or something!
