If I’m being completely transparent, sex is often the one activity that gets nixed from my agenda when the day is long and stressful.

Which is often.

But, the truth is? If you aren’t making sex a priority in your marriage, your marriage will suffer.  We initially talked about this in a previous podcast here. 

We are inviting you to join us on The 7 Day Sex Challenge  during the month of March.

I know ladies, this is going to be a difficult. If it were easy we wouldn’t call it a challenge. Our hope is that by doing this challenge it will help you and your spouse grow closer together. Thankfully some of our good friends over at One Extraordinary Marriage have done this challenge NUMEROUS times and even wrote a book on it (buy it on Amazon here).

They even did a 60 day sex challenge! And if you don’t believe me, you can listen to the podcast here.

Every time I start freaking out about 7 straight days of sex? I think about 60 straight days of sex and immediately feel like 7 is a walk in the park. Can you imagine doing a 60 day sex challenge?

One day, one day….

But not any day soon Jeff Rose. Just for the record. Let’s tackle this 7 day thing first and then we’ll talk about future sex challenges.

This challenge will involve lots of planning.

  2. My husband is gonna love this challenge! We just had a baby 7 weeks ago and he’s been very patient waiting until my doctor’s appointment this week for the go for sexy time. I know he is anxious. He will be totally in for this challenge! 🙂

  5. This is something I’m looking forward to implementing as my husband & I are on opposite shifts and this is one thing that is very difficult for us. When he’s sleeping, I’m at work & vice versa. I’m DEFINITELY in!

  19. Excited to do this! Sex is definitely hard to come by as my husband and I work completely different schedules. Currently we only see each other on weekends because of our different schedules so this is something we want to do!

  27. Please explain why? I’m all for intimacy but this seems extreme. Maybe because I haven’t slept a night through in a year after baby… But taking care of my myself has to come into play too. Good luck to those participating.

  32. We have been married almost 10 years… and I can honestly say that our sex life is still pretty hot! 😉 But, I’m always up for a good challenge (plus, I know hubbs will be on board with this one!)
