I have all my Christmas done. I must be so hard on the parents that cant afford christmas. I don’t have a lot of money myself but wow wouldn’t it be nice to help all those parents and to imagine the faces on the children Christmas morning. This has been a rough year for my family, the most financially stressful of our 21 year marriage I think. It all started last October and seems to be winding up, so I am looking forward to a much more settled 2014~! In the meantime, gifts last year were sparse (although each of the kids got something for Christmas & birthdays) and there has been no extra for anything but necessities. My husband and I have both lost weight this year (him 70#s, me 40#s and if we won, we would buy a few extra gifts for our kids *what parent wouldn’t* and would use some to buy us each a few outfits that don’t fall down if we walk too fast.. LOL, sad, but true!
