Is it Monday already? DARN! We had such a great weekend I didn’t want it to end.
The weather was so nice we spent the majority of Saturday AND Sunday outside! We took Klaya on a couple walks, daddy got some yard work done (yay!) with the help of his small shadow, and P took me for a ride on his John Deer. All very exciting!
We also got to meet with our builder to get the final bid on our new house! It’s so exciting that it is all becoming reality! But, we have decided that we want our house to sell before we break ground…and unfortunately….our house has still not sold. We talk to a realtor the other day and they said the market starts to pick up in April & May so keep your fingers crossed! I guess we should try and be a little more proactive in our marketing efforts being that…..THIS…
….has been our only sales tool so far. Not real effective. ha! We are planning on putting it in the paper next week. I guess God knows when the time is right so I am leaving it in his hands….just like everything else…there is a rhyme and a reason to his plan so I’m up for it, no matter what it is.
But, I have to confess…I am getting really anxious! Although, there is still A LOT of decisions to be made…and I mean A LOT!!!
HAPPY.MONDAY.EVERYONE.

Your son is so cute! Love his smile!
Good luck with selling your house! I was just lucky enough to sell mine this month (been on the market since last September). Now, house hunting is a headache! I’m sure your new house will be beautiful!
