Congratulations to the Crossfit SO ILL team!!!
They did AMAZING at competition over the weekend…placing 13th out of 32 teams! Pretty dang impressive!
Hubby set a new personal record…deadlifting 515 lbs!!!!!!!!! I like this picture of him, contemplating if he can make it happen!
He has only got 500 lbs…once…in Iraq in 2005 when he was in the best shape of his life…so this was quite an accomplishment!
He’s kinda hot when throwing around weight. 🙂
There were some pretty intense workouts. 
Some involved running with a weighted vest…
…deadlifting MORE…
…and carrying eachother on their backs.
Overall, there were 3 workouts they had to do on Saturday and 1 on Sunday. I was exhausted just watching.
Even P Man thought he was STRONG. Our future crossfitter!
I don’t usually brag…or maybe I do…but let me just say this…
P MAN deserves a gold star for his behavior over the weekend! He was SOOOOO good! We were at the gym from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and he didn’t complain once. He was even cheering daddy on (which might have possibly been the cutest thing I have ever seen him do). He would alternate between, “GO DADDY!” and “Go JEFF!” He was confused because everyone else was saying GO JEFF so he thought he had to throw that in there too!
So Proud of the Crossfit team and my hubby!! Way to go guys!
I also want to say THANK YOU for all of the comments, emails, facebook messages about the baby news!! We are SUPER excited to add another Rose baby to the mix!

Nice work Jeff, way to represent. Maybe the old Polish Powerhouse will make a trip down for the next competition to show you how we do it in chi town. Of course there will be cocktails afterward.

ha! chris commented! i sent him the bloglink to jeff’s crossfit since we’re both married to crossfit fanatics! i tried sending him the link i saw to the video of him bashing that girls head!? that looked like it hurt but was kind of a funny video, that one would get a lot of hits on utube!
