I have a problem. It’s called…I TAKE WAY TOO MANY PHOTOGRAPHS!

And the best part. I’m not even that good.

So, to save you from my obsessive compulsive addiction to picture taking…mediocre picture taking at best…I am happily breaking my vacation recap in to 2 different posts.  Possibly 3 if I start getting indecisive on which pictures to eliminate. Again. Another one of my bad qualities.

I would hate to overwhelm you or anything.

I realize that your attention span is short. ahem.

This was our first “family” vacation together. My parents came along as well (which was EXTREMELY nice and helpful).

If your going to travel with 2 small kids…I highly recommend bringing some more adults to help you! Extra hands are always nice. Especially when you have 5 million things to carry down to the beach/pool everyday.

This was, of course P Man’s first ocean experience. He did so well! Loving every minute of it! 

His favorite was to sit on the sand and let the waves topple him over.

And when he found out they sold fudge pops on the beach…his life was made!

The water was beautiful and clear for 90% of the time we were down there. We were so thankful that the oil hadn’t taken over yet.

I love this one of P and Gigi. Such a sweet duo.

Bents is still just a little young to appreciate much at this point. His main interest was napping.

I’d say he had a pretty comfy place to nap if I do say so myself.

I love how he always has his feet crossed when he’s sleeping. Just of those things that always makes me smile.

When he wasn’t napping…he was either hanging out like this…

Both of which he seemed to like just fine.

We spent most of our days either by the ocean or next to the pool. The weather was nearly perfect. After a full day of sun the boys were spent and we usually did dinner time in shifts.

We took the earlier shift while my parents stayed with the boys…and when we got back we let them have their turn! It worked out quite nice!
