THE BEST Homemade Baked Mac-N-Cheese

The absolute BEST homemade baked mac-n-cheese you will every try and it's super simple!
  • 1 block Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 block colby cheese {small}
  • 1-2 cups whole milk
  • 8 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  1. You will need a 13×9 baking dish.
  2. First, I like to boil some water and cook my pasta. Make sure you don’t overcook it. You don’t want it to be too mushy.
  3. While my pasta is boiling I cut up my cheese in to small slices. I layer the bottom of my baking dish with both kinds of cheese and ⅓ a stick of butter. Then I add a layer of cooked pasta {drained} over the cheese. Top it with more cheese and butter. Another layer of pasta. Another layer of cheese and butter.
  4. Add the milk. I like the milk to fill up the pan about half way.
  5. Bake on 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
