Last Saturday we spent all day with the Palmer’s. The men played golf all afternoon while the ladies (and P) shopped!

Shopping is what we do best. 😉

I actually purchased a new handbag….and….are you ready for this….IT’S NOT COACH (gasp!). I know! It is the first “non” Coach bag I have bought in 5 years.

But, I must say that I totally love it! It’s Kate Landry and exactly what I was looking for. Hubby was shocked that I didn’t come home with a new Coach. A good shocked. haha! He knows the price tags.

After the boys finished their golf outing we headed back to their house for a cookout.  My parents even joined us for burgers!

We couldn’t get a good shot of P looking at the camera because he was too busy eating chips and french onion dip. He is obsessed with dipping his chips!

After dinner, P decided to hang with the boys outside. Lester was showing him some golf ball skills….(don’t they look totally into it?)…

….and I’m not sure who was having more fun here…Mason (the dog), Lester, or P man?

Last time P hung out with Lester…I found a picture of him holding a Miller Chill….so, I am taking the golf skills and wheel barrel rides over the beer influence.

Today is Courtney’s wedding shower and I can’t wait! I have a full day planned….

• Signing contract for house  12:00
• Wedding shower 1:00
• Judging the SIU dance team pre-try outs 6:00

WE GOT AN OFFER ON THE HOUSE YESTERDAY AND WE ACCEPTED!! Kicker, they want us out by May 21st. Yea, that means in T minus 30 days….the Rose’s will be homeless. Any takers? Just kidding.

We are searching for a place to rent while our house is being built. Keep us in your prayers that we find somewhere that will allow dogs. Miss K is non negotiable! haha!
