To the girl who lights up our world with her smile… she will never know how much we needed her.

The way she loves us, the way she dances to every song she hears, the way she bosses her brothers around (and they happily listen), the way she gets excited when she sees a piece of chocolate, the way she says “AAAAAA-mean” when we pray, the way she wants to sing twinkle twinkle every night before bed, the way she grabs my face and kisses my cheek… all of it… pure blessing.

We are jumping for joy that God chose us for you, Janella Jane Rose.

You may be three sweet girl, but you act sixteen. I’m not sure if that makes me happy or scared. Haha!

We love your fierce personality and the way you know EXACTLY what you want. Especially when it comes to your wardrobe.

I guess I should give up fighting you on outfit selection because you seem to have some style sense that would make Kate Middleton jealous.

I can’t fully put into words how grateful we are that you came into our world.
