P was so excited that we were putting up a tree…INSIDE! He loves to play outside and I am pretty sure that he thinks this tree came from our backyard. He kept pointing and saying “uh”, “uh”. Like “mommy, how did you get that tree inside our house?” He was totally cute helping daddy. I just sat back and watched because it was too darn cute to interupt. 
I will say that after P was done helping, it took daddy a good hour to figure out how the lights go together. Folks, we bought a tree with lights already strung, so yes, one would think you would just plug it in and VOILA! However, not the case. There was one strand (ofcourse) not working. I shouldn’t say it took him an hour to figure it out because really…it took him an hour until he gave up trying to figure it out. O-well. We are early with the decorating so he has time to get it fixed. And this…ladies and gentlemen…is why I let the man handle the Christmas lights.
This is too cute.
At P’s age, you guys will have so much fun with him at Christmas this year.
It took me a good 15-20 minutes last year to find the string end to plug in our pre-lite tree (it’s a really full,life-like looking tree), I was about ready to just add my own string of lights!

How cute! P luvs the tree but just wait til their r presents under that tree! R u kidding me about the lights???? It takes your dad at least 30 min. or longer every year to figure those suckers out. It takes a rocket scientist for sure. P will be showing Daddy next year how to do it, ha, ha, ha!!!!! Afterall, he does take after his PaPa or we’re hoping he learns a lot from Papa in that way. God luv ya J!
Oh, I miss my son being that young. You will have such a great time with him this year. Discovery, excitement…it’s so cute to see their faces!

How cute! He looks so excited about the tree. Hope you get the lights working. I am so excited to get all of our decorations out! Running into problems is almost inevitable with lights though!
