As most of you know, I work for my husband. A job that comes with great hours and a killer hot boss.
I tease I tease.
Well, not really…you’ve seen the hubby and let’s be honest…he’s easy to look at.
Ahem.
I can brag on him for a second, right? I mean…I am his wife.
There is so much more to my husband than just his GQ looks. Truly, if you know him, then you know that he has a HUGE heart.
And a very big part of his heart is dedicated to helping people find financial freedom. He has so much passion for “helping others” and truly making a difference in people’s lives. Not just with personal finance, but in all areas of his life.
His most recent passion? Movements.
He started the Roth IRA Movement back in March as as way to spread the word about the importance of investing and saving. His most recent movement was the Life Insurance Movement where he tried to motivate people to understand the importance of taking care of your family if something should happen to you.
Currently his next movement is planned for January 1, 2013 and I am pretty sure it’s going to be the BIGGEST one yet.
He’s starting the Debt Movement.
We’ve been filming this week and preparing early so that he is ready to launch at the start of the year. The video we filmed is of him telling a personal story of how his dad struggled with debt all the way until he died.
I’ve been editing this video and I think I have cried at least 20 times. Every time I watch it, I tear up.
The emotion behind this video is amazing. Just to see him tell the story…..I get the chills. I can’t wait to share it with you guys!
The goal of the Debt Movement is to try and get people to pay off $10 million dollars of debt in 90 days. As a community, I think this is going to be awesome! I can’t wait until it launches!
Be looking for the video next month and more information on how you can be involved!
We’ve also been filming the usual, goofy personal finance videos. We finally mastered the “Apple” look as J likes to call it. Or better known as the white background look.
I think my official title has changed from “Social Media Manager” to “Video Editor”. Haha! I really wish I was good in front of the camera like my husband so I could do more videos…but for now…I’ll stick to being the editor…producer…camera man.
Behind the scenes is more my thang’!

Can’t wait to see the video. I wish I had your skills. I’m way too nervous to get in front of the camera, if I had one. But I think you do a great job! I really enjoy watching what you put up and I hope you keep it up!
