Many of our readers have asked us to take at look at their sites to give them candid feedback.
Trust me when I say this: We would love to review all of your sites!
Unfortunately, there is one small little factor interfering with this. That little thing called “time”. 🙂
If only there were 24 more hours in a day.
We thought the next best thing is to review one lucky site per month, do a video on it and share it with all of you. That way you might pick up a few ideas from what we share with the site that we are reviewing.
We are not claiming to be experts by any means, but we have been blogging for over 5 years and have learned quite a bit along the way.
What’s good knowledge if you dont’ share it, right?

Hey! I stumbled on your wife’s site and loved it and it led me over here. Was hoping maybe I could get a site review (although I completely understand if I don’t get selected). I have a blog (I know I should get my own domain) that is ranked #1 on google for my top keyword and on the first page for 2 others. I got over 1,000 page views last month (wow for me) but in the last year I made a whopping $8 through adsense and zero through Amazon affiliate.
I know I am limited with how I can monetize with the blogger platform and I am considering getting my own domain and transferring everything over but I’m afraid I will lose my credibility. My blog has been up for a year or two now. I don’t want to lose it, but I think I could make more earnings with it.
Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated! Thanks and love your blog!!!
@ Christina. If you’re able to buy the same domain as what you are currently using, I wouldn’t expect you would lose your #1 ranking. And if you did, it would only be for the short term.
And yes, you definitely need to buy your own domain. 🙂
I would love for you to review my site. I have been blogging about our family life for a few years now, but I am just now trying to monetize it. My ultimate goal is to be a stay at home mom and full time blogger. I love your site and greatly appreciate your openness and tips on your journey to making money through blogging.
