Goodness, I feel like I have a million pictures I need to post on this lil ole blog! A million pictures and not enough time.
This past weekend…the weather was nearly perfect.
Not nearly. It was.
And I think we spent 98% of our Friday, Saturday, & Sunday outside.
I kinda loved it.
I took OVER 400 pictures. Yes, I said FOUR HUNDRED. I tweeted that I think I may have blog material for the next 3 months. And it’s true. I might.
Only problem with taking over 400 pictures…I have to actually go through and pick which ones I want to post. And that takes time. Clearly you all do not need (or want) to see all 400 of them.
So, I am still dragging my feet trying to choose.
In the meantime, I MUST update you on Mr. SJ with pictures that we took INSIDE (when it wasn’t so beautiful outside a few weeks ago) because it’s been way too long. This mini man is no longer mini.
It’s true. He’s kinda getting some chunk on him. ย I thought that day would never come.
I realize that most people don’t dig onesies with sayings like “Rough and Tough” on them, but me…I like them.
There. I said it. I like the stupid onesies with sayings on them.
Maybe I’ll look back and regret ever admitting that.
SJ is now 10 months old. He only has four teeth, two of which he is showing off to you in these pictures.
He is constantly smiling and laughing. It’s truly one of my favorite things about him. He’s just so darn happy. All the dang time.
I also love his little mini spike. Or at least that’s what I call it. The mini spike.ย
He’s very nosey. VERY nosey.
He wants his hands in everything. He doesn’t like when you walk out of his sight. And he is extremely ticklish.
You can shut the doors to the playroom, but he will boycott the toys in hopes of sneaking out. I don’t think he likes to be confined. If you leave the doors open he stays in there and plays just fine. It’s just the second you try to MAKE him stay in the room that he starts trying to escape.
I really just can’t get enough of his snuggles. I keep trying to soak up these moments. The baby moments.
Before long he will be screaming at me to go get him some fruit snacks!
Don’t forget to start getting your vlogs ready for Stop and Smell the Roses tomorrow!!
I’d also like to say THANK YOU to my sweet friend Lindsey from Love to the Moon and Back who featured me on her blog today. Such a sweet gesture! Stop over and visit her if you get a chance!
Today I’m linking up with Emmy Mom for the Proud Mommy Moments!

SJ and Jackson are the same baby. Seriously.
Except for these small things:
1.) SJ has way better hair. This mini spike – I love it. Do you just use water to spike it up or how do you get it to stay? My child’s hair is CRAZY. No really.
2.) Jackson doesn’t mind being left alone at all… he plays all by himself and is cool with it. This is bittersweet. I wish he was more attached / lovey sometimes – ha!
Is SJ on the verge of walking? J stood by himself for like 20 seconds yesterday…. let go of the couch and just stood there and balanced on his own. I was SHOCKED. I don’t know if I’m ready for him to be WALKING. Crawling was life changing enough!! Where did our baby boys go? We only have a few months left! J is 9 months old today!!!!
Love these guys —- happy boys!

I don’t love sayings all the time, but I do like onsies with cute or unique sayings that are simple and clean, like SJ’s. It’s hard to find that though, seems like a lot of the stuff has many colors, several graphics, lots of designs or patterns, and a saying! I do like your taste though…I’m starting to find a few places I like to shop for Simon but it’s much easier for Kirsten. ๐

He is so precious! Did you edit these photos with any particular program or are they straight from your camera?? And my three year old screams “I WANT SOME FRUIT SNACKS!!” at me all the time!

Tell SJ to call Chelsi up stat and tell her to get on the grow some hair train.. His little spike is the cutest spike ever!
I didn’t realize he was only a few months older than Chelsi. How neat!!
