I have posted this party on my blog before, but when According to Nina, The Tichenor Family, Blue-Eyed Bride, Duchess of Fork, and I Love You More Than Carrots decided to host their “Oh What Fun It is” series I thought it was a perfect time to show it again! Today’s link up is with my friend Nina and it’s all about entertaining!
It’s the PERFECT time of year for a Winter ONEderland! I hosted this party last January for Bents first birthday and it was SOOO much fun! Not to mention inexpensive! I got my inspiration from Fresh Chick Design Studio!
I ordered the printables from etsy for a very reasonable price and printed them right here on my home printer! Simple!
The cake came from a local bakery. I just took them in a picture of what I was thinking and this is what they came up with!
The cupcakes also came from the bakery, but could easily be made on our own if your looking to save a little cash. I used my 2 inch puncher from Hobby Lobby to cut out the cupcake toppers…taped them (and yes I love tape) to the stick…and stuck em in the cupcake!
I purchased the red paper sacks at Wal-Mart along with the clothespins. I had left over cupcake toppers so I taped them to the bags to add a little personalization!
I had some old vases stuffed away so I pulled those out, taped ๐ some ribbon around them and filled them with candy for some lollipop bouquets! They added great color to the table!
My friend Angie from Lois Jeans Linen’s made this adorable birthday shirt for Bents!
If your little one has a winter birthday or even if you are having a holiday party…a winter wonderland theme is the way to go!

So cute! Kirsten had a Winter ONEderland party last January too, although here’s was full of purple. ๐ Are you planning a big two party for Bents? We’re playing it a little more low key this year, haha.
