I knew that the whole “boyfriend/girlfriend” thing started young, but age 4.5…really?
That young?
I thought I had until at least 8th grade. Must be that rock I’ve been living under that kept me from realizing that kids fall in love in pre-k.
These are the papers that P Man brought home from class a few weeks ago…
He did not draw them.
A “girl” did.
Ahem.
Do you see what I see? And no this is not a game of Where’s Waldo. Although I wish it was. I’d rather see “Waldo” than…
“I heart you”
For realz?
Your telling me some little 4 year old girl loves my sweet innocent baby boy? NO!
Ok, yes. But he is not allowed to love her back. We’ve had a very serious conversation that he will ONLY love his momma.
This drawing scared me even more…
A wedding? That IS what this picture is, right?!
I could have sworn that is a bride and groom. How dare she!
If this is the start of “love” how will I survive kindergarten? Better yet, will I be able to handle this when he’s in high school?
Future girlfriends beware…don’t touch my baby!

Oh no! haha. I am not looking forward to those years… I thought I atleast had until Middle School until that. I do have to admit, it is super cute that he brought them home to show you instead of throwing them away.

Jaron kissed a girl on the LIPS when he was in Pre-K at Unity Christian. Oh yes………young love. The second picture almost looks like a pregnant uncomfortable mama, and a happy husband?!?!

This is too funny! One of K.C.’s classmates (who happens to be my good friend’s daughter) tells everyone he is her boyfriend. He isn’t too excited about this! (And neither am I!)

Oh it definitely starts that early! Teagan, also 4.5 had her first encounter with love this year! His name was Jonah, and they were precious. Scared me at first, but then I realized they were simply best friends and truly loved one another. It’s sweet to see these bonds! Daddy wasn’t thrilled that Teagan would come home talking about her “boy-fran” but we actually fell in love with Mr. Jonah also:)

LOL! Look out momma…..seems as though you might have some competition! The drawings are so cute! So far, I haven’t had any issues with this! I have a feeling its just a matter of time though! I’m kinda dreading those high school days when they have “real” girlfriends! I’m not gonna like it AT ALL!!
