The meeting with our builder tonight…could not have gone any better! He LOVED my floor plan and all the ideas that I had. He actually thought I couldn’t have picked out a better floor plan for the lot. Who’d have thought? When he said that, I just looked at J with that “yea, that’s right, I’m the coolest” look. Seriously though, after ten thousand floor plans and to think…I picked one that actually works. WOW! I am impressed (and I’m mostly excited I can burn my house planning books now.) Well, not quite yet, but soon.

Next step, meeting with the architect….

Here’s a little sneak peak of our house plan winner. Keep in mind…I have made LOTS of changes to this plan. Once we get an updated plan from our architect I’ll post the final plans.
