Gah! I feel like I haven’t seen y’all in ages. It’s only been 2 weeks, yes I know. But, AGES people…it feels like ages!
I didn’t have much time this week to film my video because we are busy working on some videos for my husband and his new “gig” {to be announced later}. Let’s just say…it’s been eating up a lot of my time. In a good way of course because it’s a super fabulous opportunity for him.
Do you want to punch me in the stomach now for all the vagueness? Sorry, I promise he will share it soon!
I actually filmed this week’s video in my bed…at 6:30 am…with a sleepy little five year old boy and a stuffed Curious George next to me.
I also wanted to mention that I am SUPER smiley because I found out yesterday that Beth, from Home Stories A to Z, picked my fireplace makeover as a winner for One Project Closer’s Before & After party!
Me, a winner? I feel so honored! Not only did I win a $50 gift card to Lowes, but OPC {One Project Closer} makes a $100 donation to Habitat for Humanity! How cool is that!
I wanted to ask you guys if you like the way that this link up is set up…broad and gives you room to talk about pretty much ANYTHING. Or would you prefer that I entice you with some questions each time? I know, for me, it’s sometimes easier to vlog {0r blog} when I am answering questions. Just food for thought, but I would love to hear your input.

Have fun in Denver! That is where I’m from originally, if you guys are looking for good places to eat downtown near the convention center you should check out Vesta Dipping Grill. They are amazing!
Have a great time in Denver. I would love to go there someday to see Peyton Manning play. Anyways, sometimes I have trouble thinking about what I should say in my videos and questions would be a great way to help on those weeks that I have nothing. I like the way it is now though too. Maybe every other session could have some questions.

Your home is beautiful as are your children. I was wondering if you have any pictures of “bents” room. We have seen Parker’s big boy room and we see the nursery. I’m dying to see “bents” room!!!! I’m sure it amazing too:)
