Seeing my hubby at the end of the day is the moment for me. We are both sort of unhappy with our work…and I’m off about 3 hours before him…so when he gets home…things are right with the world.

I’m with you, Mandy… looking forward to moments with my little guy definitely get me through my days. Since his father and I share joint custody, we each get him seven days in a row switching off every Monday. When Monday comes for him to go to his dad’s I always feel such a void and an emptiness in my world. It helps to talk to him on the phone, but it’s certainly not the same. I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have my son in my life. My Monday will be here in just two days, so the count down is on!

I agree with you, Mandy! I didn’t/couldn’t deal with my situation at first because of my boys. They were a blessing because I had to keep going, keep the routine for them while putting on a brave face because B was more upset than I expected him to be. You’ve been here before and offered to be here for me. I was able to deal with all the emotional parts when I ended up in the ER, but am still dealing with the physical stuff three weeks later. I know we’re far away and not close, but I’m thinking about you!
