Just when I thought I was a pro at decorating a boy room… my best friend goes and shows me up. Ha!

Actually, let’s be real, I am no pro. I’m just reallllly passionate about sweet little boys and their bedrooms. #thatisall

The Lord has given me a lot of opportunity to decorate boy rooms. He’s so nice like that.

This bedroom? I take absolutely zero credit for.

I take that back, I take a little credit because I did let my bestie borrow my dad for the beautiful board and batten project. Hehe.

Inspired by my bright and cheery master bedroom board and batten project. <– My dad is a rockstar.

If you know me, I don’t share my dad much. I’m an only child, what do you expect?!

But other than sharing my dad, the only thing I did for this bedroom project? Was tell her I couldn’t wait to photograph it and share it on the blog!

She created this nursery for her sweet new baby boy, Henry. Whom I am in love with.

The clean white look and colored crib combo is so popular right now and I swear, if we get another boy (via our adoption), I am totally copying this nursery.

I will also need to enlist her husband to come over and hang those vinyl stars for me because, dang… for those being individually placed? They are pretty dang perfect.

Although, if we get another boy… I may or may not get to decorate a new room because we will probably have them share a room with one of the other boys.

Either way, if you’re having a boy? You need to stop searching for the perfect “boy theme” right now and just go with this. It’s amazing. And simple.

I’m also here to tell you something about the swivel glider? I sat in it during the meet and greet we hosted… and I didn’t move for over 30 straight minutes.

Guests were coming and going and me? Heck, I was so comfortable in that dang chair that I didn’t even get up for half an hour. I know… I’m rude.

But I couldn’t help it. I blame the chair.

All of that to say this, if you are searching for the perfect nursery chair (and I know some of you are because it was the hardest thing for me to find when I was having babies) then end the search. Buy this chair.

And become a bum.

Because that’s what will happen. You will never want to get up.
