YAY!!!!!!! This is so exciting Mando! I know you have been praying about this for a long time and I am so happy you made the leap!! You are going to love your new role (or roles 🙂 and getting to spend more time with the kids will be fantastic. I know that’s the most important part. SO happy for you honey! First, loved the vlog and glad you decided to post it! Vlogs are sometimes kinda awkward and yours totally was not, so yay! 🙂 Second, I know leaving your job is bitter-sweet, but the opportunities ahead for you and Jeff are exciting, as well as the extra time you’ll get to spend with the kiddos. (And I’m selfishly excited about the possibility of play dates! Haha!)
Wow! Exciting change! I left my job in managed care (a job I loved!) earlier this year to become an adjunct prof, teaching online from home. The flexibility of not being tied to an 8-5 schedule but still getting to work is the best of both worlds. Congrats!

Ironically, I think you work more when not working? Make sense? It’s fun “work”, but I know that when my head hits the pillow every night, I am one tired mama!
