LOVED this! You should keep it up!
You shouldn’t have to use any special spray to get the marker off the white board stuff they have at Lowes. My dad used to buy sheet of that and cut it into 8×10 inch pieces and sand down the edges for the elementary classrooms so the kids could use them to practice math problems, and I don’t think they had a problem wiping the marker off.
Have you considered a chalk board? You can get chalk board paint and paint the whole wall. And it would be easy to erase.
