My cousin and her family live in Colorado Springs and so we decided to stop for a night (and a MUCH needed visit). My aunt was in town too from Illinois so we got to see her as well!
You know what my cousin has? Nice big comfy beds and home cooked meals. Lots of SPACE and TOYS!
I can not even tell you how much fun the boys had with their cousins…it was exactly what they needed. My cousin has twin boys and a little girl and they all played sooooo well together. It’s been awhile since we have seen them because they just moved back to the States from Italy no that long ago.
It was just what my soul needed to survive the last few days of this trek. Ha!
Day 11 – Colorado Springs, Colorado
Such cute little pirates!! I know the feeling of being able to sleep in a normal bed after days and days on the road. Sweet relief!
