Alright ladies… have you ever had a day when you did something really manly and then thought, “Dang, I’m proud of myself?”
That was me today when the freight truck arrived in my driveway with THREE giant boxes that contained my outdoor sectional.
I had absolutely ZERO men here to help me unpack it. NONE. Soooooo, I could have done what any normal human being would have done and waited for a man. But who wants to wait on man to get something done? Not me.

The delivery man looked at me and said, “Oh yea ma’am, just leave this all packed up until your husband gets home.” As I’m eyeing the tool bench for my razor blade. Before he was even out of my drive I already had one box halfway open. Apparently he had no idea how impatient I am. And I would have called my dad over to help (per usual), but he’s out of town.
Proud to say that I unpacked ALL of this… broke down all the boxes AND then preceded to carry it from the garage to the back patio (around the house) piece by piece.
I’m proud. Tired. And I need a nap.
Can’t wait to finish up this space! I’ve been waiting FOUR LONG years to buy this sectional.

Looks great! Where did you get the sectional? I’m shopping for one in our backyard and not sure if I want to go sectional or loveseat/side chairs. I like the lines though!
